The Family Recovery Services (FRS) operated at Saint Joseph Hospital in Orange California from 1976 to the early 1990's, providing a nurturing, caring environment for recovery from addictive disorders. This nuturing, caring envirnment was extended to all patients, family members and staff. The FRS closed in the early 1990's due to funding/reimbursement difficulties.
